Our original idea was to pick our ten best shareware and public domain programs in each category, compact them in self-extracting files and sell them for a ten dollar handling and processing fee on a high density disk. This would enable us to bring you the best of our material on one HD (1400k) disk rather than the three DS (800k) disks it would usually take. As it worked out, in some cases such as the Creative Writing and Games disks, we were able to fit far more than ten programs on the disk and in other cases, we had to leave out some of our favorite programs. We've also included brief, generic instructions for using these programs and finding and using help when its available as well as for extracting compacted files in case you've never encountered them and more good programs. These instructions are included on the disk if there's enough room or are included in a hard copy if there's not.

These are basic text files and you will need a word processor to read (import) them.

A large variety of System 7 applications for changing the appearance and sound of your Mac running on system 7. Everything from changing the colors of the words 1n the menubar to having eyes watching you and feet walking around your sceen is posible. Each of these disks is available to SchoolHouse Mac institutional or individual members for $10.00 plus 4% Michigan sales tax and $1.00 shipping for one disk, $2.00 shipping for two disks, $3.00 shipping for three and $4.00 shipping for four or more disks.
